Comments:

The client required a design and partial build for this client. The partial build required me to code the base template for the site leaving the contractor to add all the conent himself using a CMS.

The client was fairly flexible on design, all that was required was it to following a blue or green theme and not be similar to any of the designs to other sites he supplied. No logo was supplied so a text based one was created as part of the design.
